When we found out the news that our milk-based coffee had taken out the prestigious top spot at The Golden Bean award, we were absolutely over the moon. After saying goodbye to the crowd on Saturday, word came through that Jim had been involved in a farming accident on Monday. He was pronounced dead on Tuesday.

Most frequent questions and answers
Our coffee blends are made up of 2-3 origins. Our origins include specialty grade Brazilian, Colombian and Peruvian Coffees. We roast each origin separately, to maximize the flavour of that coffee. We blend the origins to our specified recipes only after they have been roasted. Its worth noting we are one of the very few contract coffee roasters who have adopted this specialty coffee roasting method.
We source our coffee beans through trusted green bean importers. A majority of our coffee comes from Colombia, Brazil and Peru. All our coffees are recognised as ‘specialty’ for their coffee quality score which is always above 82.
We have partnered with some of Australia’s most respected coffee bag and take away cup suppliers. This includes Bio Cup who offer a range of compostable coffee cups and lids. We can also design for you a coffee brand, logo and pair it with your brand story. We offer full circle support to get your private label from 0 to hero!
Our coffee roasting facility is HACCP Certified. We have the ability to source Fairtrade and Organic Coffee. We have also been certified to roast organic coffee according to the Australian Organic roasting standards. Head to our Certifying page to find out more.
