Most frequent questions and answers
We roast every origin separately, maximising the flavour potential from every component. A Colombian coffee roasts differnelty to an Ethiopian coffee. Similarly, a natural processed coffee roasts different to a washed processed coffee. We then blend the origins to our specified recipes only after they have been roasted.
We roast on a Brambati air roaster, and track and record every roast on Cropster Roasting Technology.
We source our coffee beans through a combination of direct farmer relationships and trusted green bean importers such as Langdon, Bennets and Cafe Imports. While White Label has access to every origin across the globe, we commonly build blends with coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Vietnam, India, Guatemala, PNG & Ethiopia. All our coffees are recognised as ‘specialty’ for their coffee quality score which is always above 82.
With 17 years experience in the industry, White Label is able to source and secure any spec bag, box, or cup your brand needs.
We also have in-house label or sticker creation options for fast turn around opportunities.
Lastly, our in-house design team can build you custom brand from 0 to hero, re-brand an ageing brand, or apply your current brand across new products. Full branding support to drive your own coffee brands success.
Our coffee roasting facility is HACCP Certified. We have the ability to source Fairtrade and Organic Coffee. We have also been certified to roast organic coffee according to the Australian Organic roasting standards. Head to our Certifying page to find out more.
